Need help with OptoReflex? You're in the right place.
A bedside toolkit of eye-movement and reflex screening tests: the optokinetic reflex (moving stripes), smooth pursuit & saccades, the Amsler grid, and a pupillary-reflex test with live pupil-diameter estimation. It is a support and teaching aid, not a diagnostic device.
Open Optokinetic Reflex, set the stripe color, speed and thickness, tap Start, and turn the phone to landscape so the stripes move horizontally while you observe the patient's eyes.
Open Pupillary Reflex, hold the rear camera close to the eye (macro focus turns on automatically) in good light, and align the iris to the yellow circle. The green outline marks the detected pupil and the value in millimetres updates live. Use Start stimulus to ramp the light and observe constriction. The millimetre value is a screening estimate based on the iris as a reference.
Recordings are saved on your device and listed in the Recordings screen, where you can play, share or delete them. They also appear in the Files app under "On My iPhone → OptoReflex".
